I’ve had something quietly brewing in me for a long time, and today I finally feel ready to share it with you. Two years ago, I took a few days away in the mountains – just me and my dog, Bear - and the one morning, while deeply immersed in the healing, natural beauty around me, an idea landed so clearly and so powerfully in me that I just knew: one day, this will be born It took a bit of time to root itself fully and to come to fruition as I’ve also had to do my own inner work to prepare to hold such an offering. But I trust in divine timing, and this feels like exactly the moment it was meant to come to life. After years of supporting clients online (especially since the Covid Pandemic and then moving to St Francis Bay) I’ve created a powerful in-person offering for you - The Rooted Retreat for Women. My heart is full as I share this offering with you because it’s born out of so much of my own personal transformation and I deeply wish to support your own journey from this uplevelled place within me. What most people battling with chronic fatigue and chronic overwhelm are actually battling with is not feeling safe in their bodies (and most of them don’t even know this because it’s such a default). This goes hand in hand with nervous system dysregulation, disconnection from your body, urgency, scarcity and the sense of not living in yourself or not fully connected to the fullness of life that you know is possible. These aren’t personal failures. They’re protective responses. So, naturally, important ingredients for overcoming burnout and overwhelm include signalling safety as medicine for the nervous system, and reconnection and co-regulation as doorways to healing. My online programmes and coaching offer these healing tools very consciously… but an in-person retreat allows something deeper, more ancient and more powerful to happen. There is a kind of regulation that only the land can offer. There is a kind of remembering that only happens when women gather intentionally.
