Would you be interested in joining a monthly membership group for approximately R320 a month. A provisional idea is to create a monthly teaching module, a 30 – 40min practice or practical exercise to integrate the teaching (both to complete in your own time) and a short 15 – 20 minute meditation to use during the course of the month as needed? There would also be a Facebook group to provide a container and community for those who sign up for the membership. There would be a structure to the teaching to support a process from Fatigue to Flow, awakening the feminine and working through three phases (surrender, release and awaken)?
